The Smoking Gun reports that the injections David Gest had to his head were Botox injections.
Let's look back at an SD post from January 8: Hmm, let me think. David Gest. Close friend of Michael Jackson. His face looks strikingly like a rubber mask. Obviously he's had a bit too much plastic surgery. Yet, he had "20 injections in his head" to supposedly cure his injuries. Of course the injections were of some medical nature, certainly not botox.
